At Greenfields, we believe that every student needs the tools to learn independently in any subject. This means a student can guide himself or herself through study and understand the materials of any subject so that they can apply what they’ve learned. The result is a more able student who can go forward in life, making their own path towards anything they put their mind to. We do this using the incredible advancements made in the field of education by Mr. L. Ron Hubbard, known as Study Technology. This technology enables students to identify barriers to study, overcome them, and fully understand the subject matter for practical application.
We feel that providing each student with a high level of individual, personalised attention is paramount. Smaller-than-usual class sizes allow teachers to really know the students’ strengths and areas for development in detail and cater for their needs. One-to-one tuition is also offered to help with anything that needs addressing in prior schooling. And we have a department dedicated to remedying individual academic issues.
Greenfields students have the advantage of being taught HOW to study successfully. The school arms each student with valuable courses about the technology of study that provide them with study skills for life. The result is that they gain an ever-increasing ability to study materials independently, the more they study at Greenfields.
Social & Cultural Diversity

To this end, we are non-selective in our student intake in terms of ability, background, race, religion, gender and nationality. Cultural and linguistic exchanges are established between international and local students by encouraging international short and long-term students into our school.

The school’s core curriculum is based on the National Curriculum, providing strong links and benchmarks against other schools nationally and internationally. We furnish a complete educational pathway from preschool to A-Level. Each student is encouraged to reach their very highest level of personal ability in each of the subjects that he or she studies.
We deliver tailor-made programmes of study and activity in the Senior School, which encourage students to pursue their individual interests and ambitions.
Boarding

The school is within quick and easy reach of London and Brighton, on the south coast of England, with their exciting range of entertainment, museums, and national heritage sites.
Affordable Private Education
As a charity, the school works hard to provide the benefits of attending an independent school to every student. With this aim in mind, our school fees are both affordable and excellent value for money. Being a non-profit organisation allows us to keep the fees lower, from over a third to a half, compared to other private schools in the region.
